Utah Wedding Photography: Christy and Drew at Red Butte Garden

Christy and Drew were married on a beautiful spring day at the gorgeous Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake city. This was a warm and intimate wedding with family and friends, and was held to the background music of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros who were busy conducting sound-check at the amphitheater below for their concert that evening. Following the ceremony the whole wedding gang retreated to the concert for an evening of VIP treatment. It was great fun working with Christy and Drew who are kind and gracious people and working in such a beautiful environment.

Lara and Chris were recently wed at the Le Jardin garden wedding center in Sandy, Utah. Such a beautiful venue and fabulous couple for this wedding. Lara is incredibly beautiful and a natural in front of the camera and Chris is a real gentleman and the perfect match for Lara. I was so pleased to be able to photograph their wedding, and with their easy-going approach, they allowed me the freedom to make this wonderful set of pictures. Enjoy!

Christy and Chris had a beautiful, intimate, romantic winter wedding at the always-stunning Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah. The weather was beautiful for mid-february, with snow covered mountains and clear blue skies. Working with these guys was a wonderful and fun experience and with their generous spirit, we made a beautiful set of pictures.

Jorge and Jessica: Engagement Photography at Deer Valley

Jessica and Jorge came to Utah from Mexico for a ski vacation at Deer Valley. What Jessica didn’t know was that Jorge had worked for months to arrange for his wedding proposal at the summit of the mountain. Every detail was planned and pulled off perfectly and I was fortunate to be there to capture this amazing romantic gesture. Friends and family awaited them for a celebration at the Stein Eriksen Lodge as Jessica and Jorge skied down the mountain. Jessica, Jorge and their family and friends were all wonderful and full of happiness and warmth for this beautiful couple.

Elissa and Andy were recently wed at the stunning Promontory community in Park City, Utah. The majestic views, mountain locale and world-class luxury made for the perfect wedding setting. Elissa and Andy brought elements of their respective traditions –Jewish and Scottish — together in a perfectly blended ceremony and reception. These guys are perfect together and are surrounded by an amazing collection of family and friends.Making pictures with them was a real pleasure and I love this rather large set of images. Enjoy!

I’ve been waiting patiently for this beautiful wedding to be published in Salt Lake Bride and Groom Magazine before posting to my website. Summer and Paul are two of the most gracious, warm and fun people around, and their personality and charm really come through in their wedding pictures. The couple, and many of their friends and family, came all the way from Australia for this amazing event at the gorgeous Hotel Park City. They all rejoiced, laughed, ate, drank and pretty much partied like rock stars. Soiree Productions and Rachel at Hotel Park City did a stellar job in making this event beautiful, smooth and true to the vision of the Summer and Paul.

Set a few miles up the magnificent Millcreek Canyon, Log Haven is a superb wedding venue, with excellent service and rich with Utah’s natural beauty. It is a truly charming location for a wedding and working with Emily and Clark was so fun and easy…making gorgeous and story-telling images was a real pleasure. The setting, venue and, most significantly, the people, made this wedding fabulous. Enjoy!
