Stock Photography: Which Way Do I Go?

with 2 comments

So, I’ve been playing with stock photography for a number of years…and developing quite a collection of quality work (or so I’ve been told.) Still, I’ve been unable to really move anything. I was with The PhotoShelter Collection for some time and they were great (and even sold a few images) but sadly, they went belly up. Though, I believe I could make good sales on microstock sites, I refuse to devalue photography by selling images for pennies on the dollar. Anyone, have suggestions, or is stock dead?

  2. No doubt…I think there’s still earnings to be made in stock, but it has to be a full-time endeavor.
